ENTRY LEVEL OPERATIONS/WAREHOUSE POSITION

Looking for former Warrant Officers, LDO’s and Senior Enlisted.

Givens is a group of companies specializing in logistics: trucking, distribution center operations  and 3^rd party logistics. Employing 400+ people and operating 1.5 million square feet of distribution center space in Chesapeake, Norfolk and Seattle Washington, we are looking for former military LDO’s , Warrants and senior enlisted  people who enjoy leadership responsibilities and those challenges related to getting the most from your people , ensuring a good reputation and doing so in what is often a quickly changing environment.

 Must be:

Dedicated and flexible

Able to work extended hours during the week and on weekends

Willing to perform all tasks associated with warehousing and inventory management

Over the Road Truck Drivers
Requirements:

• Minimum age 23.
• No drug offenses or felonies.
• No DUI's or reckless driving offenses in the last 7 years.
• Good driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in last three years, no more then two chargeable accidents in last three years).
• Must have Class A CDL.
• Recent Driving School graduates welcome (ask about tuition reimbursement).

What to bring:

• Current DMV Report.
• 10 year work history.
• DOT approved medical certificate/card.
• Information pertaining to personal history, education and special skills.

Owner/Operators (Local, Regional, and Long Haul
Requirements:

• Class A CDL with HAZMAT endorsement.
• Good driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in last three years, no more then two chargeable accidents in last three years).
• No DUI's or reckless driving offenses in the last 7 years.
• No drug offenses or felonies.
• Tractor in excellent condition.

What to bring:

• Current DMV Report.
• 10 year work history.
• DOT approved medical certificate/card.
• Information pertaining to personal history, education and special skills.
• Current form 2290.
• Current "Bobtail/Physical Damage" insurance policy.
• Current Workers Compensation Policy
• Cab Card/ Vehicle Registration.
